Emily Sheeley is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Information Science and Learning Technologies with an emphasis in Library Science. She currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri.

 

She works as a second grade teacher at an elementary school in the Springfield Public School system in Missouri. In the future, she hopes to become a Library Media Specialist at an elementary school. She has found such joy in reading and books and she hopes to be able to share that joy with the children that she will encounter as a school librarian.

She currently lives in Springfield, Missouri and enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being involved with her church, traveling wherever she can, and reading as many books as possible when she is not either at school or working on schoolwork.
